The Wine Encounter - VIP Lockers

Our VIP Wine Locker Membership is much more than a simple wine club. Most wine clubs offer you wines from a particular winery and a particular region. Our wine club is different; we offer you wines from different wineries as well as from several different regions of the world.

This is a great way to expand upon your wine knowledge and tastes. We will offer wines that are not commonly found and different varietals that you probably have not yet tried. We feature wines from wineries with lower production. It would be difficult to find our wines in your local grocery store or discount warehouse.

What's even better? We hold the wine for you in your own "personalized" locker where you can come in anytime and enjoy it on premises or take your selections home with you. In our temperature controlled environment, your wine will be perfectly stored to ensure maximum enjoyment.

By joining our new VIP club you will have a choice of:

Cellar Selection: ($89.99) per month. Membership includes one bottle of Red Wine truly worth putting in anyone’s wine cellar or enjoying now. Also 20% off all food & wines by the bottle.

Reserve: ($59.99) per month. Membership includes one bottle of red wine which would be considered upper tier or reserve this something that we think is extra special. Also 15% off all food & wines by the bottle.

Two Reds: ($59.99) per month. Membership includes 2 bottles of red wine that are both very tasty and something that might be a little different than you might be used to. (expanding your palette) Also 15% off all food & wines by the bottle.

Red and White: ($49.99) per month. Membership includes one bottle of red and one bottle of white; again these will be tasty and sometimes a little bit eclectic. Also 10% off all food & wines by the bottle..

Two Whites: ($49.99) per month. Membership includes two bottles of white wine; we will usually stick with one varietal that is mainstream and surprise you with the second. Also 10% off all food & wines by the bottle.

These bottles will automatically be placed into your locker for your convenience. The bottle discounts do not apply for wine already discounted, happy hour, special events or at wine tastings.

All members will:

Receive a VIP Membership Card containing your “tier” and associated discount.
Attend “members only” parties and events.
Receive a newsletter with tasting notes and VIP information.
Get advance notice on events and in house specials.
Be eligible for exciting new drawings and giveaways.

The Fine Print:

Monthly prices listed above exclude sales tax. Your credit card may be charged several days before the wine is released to your lockers. Your credit card will be automatically processed on the 5th of every month.

We will continue your membership until you contact us and ask us to change or cancel your subscription. You must agree to participate in at least one month before canceling membership. After that you can cancel by phone (Rich or Vince Tomasello) at (619)543-9463, or by email at www.thewineencounter.com.

No refunds or exchanges on undesired bottles.
Replacements only provided when a bottle is brought in to the Wine Encounter and verified as “corked.”
